LED International is a Hong Kong incorporated company specialising in the development, manufacture, and sale of LED screens and other LED products, such as signs, lamps and lighting and building illumination. The Company is seeking Admission in order to enhance its profile internationally, to enable quoted shares to be issued, to facilitate future corporate acquisitions and to gain access to the capital markets, if required.

The Group has been involved in the manufacture of LED screens and LED products since February 2004. During that time the Group has expanded by developing its distribution network overseas and has sought to add value though research and development into a range of LED products
